The Old Administration Building at Fresno City College has been unused since the 70's because it doesn't meet earthquake standards. The funds/will to repair the building have not been available. A few years ago they held a photo contest to raise funds/consciousness to save the landmark from people who wished to level it into a parking lot. I took first place with this picture.
