The DMV in El Cerrito is the former site of the Tepco China plant. Very few people read these things at receptions. There are too many words and it's more fun to visit with people and check out the refreshment table. Did you see the Mailart show next door at Gallery 25 last month? Now there was a nice show. Lotta words though. If you didn't come back after the reception, then you probably missed out.
